TOC Shipping and Refund policy
Shipping Timeframe:
We try to ship all orders out the day they come in, except weekend orders which go out on Monday. Unusually large orders can experience delays of up to one week. All items that are shown as for sale on the site are in physical inventory; if an item becomes sold out it will be unavailable on the site. 
Refund Policy
All items that are in salable condition are accepted for full refund less the cost of shipping with no questions asked. Items which arrive damaged are accepted for refund at our discretion, contingent on proof of damage upon arrival in the form of photos. Items which are being returned in non-salable condition are often accepted, but such acceptance is solely at our discretion. Factors which influence whether an item is accepted for refund include but aren't limited to the condition of the item, the size of the order, the reason for refund, and the customers order history with us.
