What information we collect:
When you place an order or sign up for our mailing list, we collect your personal information (i.e. your mailing address, billing information, email address and name) in order to process and ship your order.
We keep a record of your purchase history with us, so that we can assist you with returns and so that we can contextualize feedback.
Your preferences on the site (for example, whether you're logged in, whether you've cached images, etc.) are remembered using cookies. You can always disable cookies using your browser options if you like.
We collect data such as what browsers our customers are using, how many hits our server has received, traffic patterns, page views, and geographic location of our customers in order to get an idea of how our business is doing. This analytic data is non-identifying; that is, it can't be used to specifically identify any individual customer.
There are two kinds of sharing. One is sharing, selling or renting user data with third parties as a way to get additional revenue, something which we find disgusting and which we will never ever do under any circumstances. The other is sharing info with our vendors, something which we do do. For example, we use Shipstation fulfillment software to manage all of our daily shipments. We share order information with Shipstation's software in order to process your order. We also share payment information with our payment processor, and analytics data with our analytics provider. All of these services are governed by their own privacy policies.
Our site is intended for users 18 of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, you are not permitted to submit personal information to us.
We can change this policy at any time. If we do so, we will make an effort to notify all existing customers by emailing them.
